In early 2016 I began a journey to reverse obesity and the associated disease “metabolic syndrome” that was causing my high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, and generally poor quality of health. I will give it 3 months to know if modifying my diet can substantially impact my health. This website documents the 303 meals, the science, the journey and (hopefully) the success story.
